The front fork is not sufficiently resistant to load and can deform in the event of an impact and the front wheel is to small and could get stuck in holes in the ground. This can cause the child to lose balance and fall. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
