The engine speed may decrease momentarily when quickly opening the throttle from the fully closed position to a slightly opened position. As a result, the engine could stall at the time of starting or stopping, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or threewheel vehicles and quadricycles.
