Because defects in the adaptive LED lights have been identified, they need to be inspected and, if necessary, reprogram the ECU for adaptive LED lights. In the absence of these LED lights, the risk of accidents increases. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
