The design characteristics of the wheels and poor mounting of the wheel bolts mean that if the wheels are not properly fitted, supplied or tightened a wheel could detach during travel, leading to a loss of control, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
