The toy has fixed protruding vertical parts (the rake prongs when the rake is laid on the ground prongs upward). If a child falls onto them, this can lead to cuts and injuries. Moreover, the toy lacks the required warning: "Warning. For use under adult supervision". The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
