EU Safety Gate · Report-2023-35
Active Sports · TRI SCOOTER
The steering tube of the scooter is not sufficiently stable. This could cause a child to lose balance and fall off, leading to injuries. Moreover, the fixing holes of the steering tube are too large, allowing a child to stick a finger/s in them and become injured. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
