The U-bracket of the bicycle carrier may break off at the point where it enters the cast aluminium block. If it happens while the vehicle is in motion, it can fall and cause an accident and injuries to other road users. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
