The opening between the vertical slats of the safety barriers is too wide. A child may fall through the opening and suffer injuries. Moreover, items around a child´s neck such as necklaces or hoodies can get caught on protrusions which can lead to strangulation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 1930.
