Because of the product’s similarity to a foodstuff, a child could unscrew it and swallow the content, which is harmful to humans. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP) and the requirements of the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
