The slats may become detached and create an opening. The limbs, head or neck of the child may get stuck and the child may consequently suffer injuries. Moreover, cords can get entangled around snag points, leading to strangulation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 716-1.
