The adaptor poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- The internal connections rely upon solder to maintain their position and a loose wire could reduce the creepage distances;- It has inadequately sized pins which could lead to arcing within the socket. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 61558 and the relevant national standard.
