EU Safety Gate · Report-2024-49
Toy scooter
The steering tube fixing mechanism is not sufficiently stable. The wheels are too small and could get stuck in holes in the ground. These could cause the child to lose balance and fall off, leading to injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
