EXTOL · Aluminum Multi-Purpose Ladder
The ladder's feet may displace or detach during use. The locking mechanisms do not engage reliably and can cause unexpected malfunction of the ladder putting the user in danger. The ladder is not strong enough leading to deformation during use. The ladder does not have an angle indicator to ensure that it is used at a safe angle. Consequently, a person at a high position on the ladder may fall from a height. Furthermore, there are no markings, pictograms or user instructions to ensure that the user is informed about the safe way to use the ladder.
