The product contains the aromatic amines aniline (measured value 2.3 mg/kg) and 4-methyl-m-phenylenediamine (measured value: 275 mg/kg). Aniline is suspected of causing cancer and genetic defects. 4-methyl-m-phenylenediamine may cause cancer and is suspected of causing genetic defects and damaging fertility. The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, recommends that aromatic amines with carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic or sensitizing properties should neither be present in tattoos and permanent make-up products nor released from azo-colorants. The product does not comply with the national legislation
