The battery compartment can easily be opened without the use of any tools, leaving batteries accessible. A child may take a damaged or leaking battery and suffer burns due to the leaking chemical products. Four solders in the toy contain an excessive amount of lead and cadmium (measured values up to: 54 % and 0.34% by weight respectively). Lead and cadmium pose a risk to the environment. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive, the relevant European Standard EN 62115 and the Commission Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS 2 Directive).
