The battery compartment can be easily opened without the use of any tools, leaving the batteries accessible. Furthermore the toy bears a small piece (a light) on the top of the head that can be easily detached. A child may put these parts in the mouth, which could cause damage to the child’s gastrointestinal tract or a risk of choking. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1 and EN 62115.
