The product poses a risk of injuries because the space between folding or sliding elements is not sufficient. If a child places his fingers in the space between the wheel and the fork they could become trapped. In addition, the scooter does not comply with the safety requirements on the mechanical properties. The diameter of the front wheel and of the handles are less than required. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
