The battery compartment can easily be opened without use of any tools and the button cell batteries inside are easily accessible. Moreover, small parts may easily detach from the toy. A small child may put one of these small parts in the mouth and choke on it. If a button battery is swallowed, this can cause damage to the gastrointestinal tract. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
