All the rattles (except the fruit-shaped rattle), as well as the black plastic pieces attached to the end of the cord included in the outer hat, can easily break and generate small parts. A small child could put them in the mouth and choke on them. Moreover, the head of the bear-shaped rattle and the handle of the rattle marked 'Happy Music' can obstruct the airways, causing a risk of choking. In addition, several of the rattles can easily break and expose children to sharp points and edges, possibly causing cuts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
