REDROCK · Vacuum Tanker
The product poses a risk of injuries during foreseeable maintenance activity of wheel/tyre removal and replacement on Single Axle slurry tanker. The machinery design does not include a jacking or propping point,so there is no strong point available. Therefore, the movement of the raised vehicle leads to overturn and crushing. The movement of the jack or prop leads to instability and overturn. A full or partially full liquid load increases the risk of movement and overturn. Working close to the body of the machine, under it, in front of the wheel arches means the operator is within the danger zone, thereby increasing risk of injury.1 fatal accident reported. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and with the relevant national standards.
