The eye and the claws of the toy detach easily, generating small parts. A small child could put them in the mouth and choke. The seam on the back of the toy opens easily. A small child could access the stuffing material, put it in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
