The product may cause an electric shock because:- The USA/AUS/NZ pins of the plug may become accessible while the European pins are being inserted into the mains;- Live parts may become accessible as the plug only partially enters the adaptor; - It is possible to connect Class I protection devices but the protective earth circuit continuity is interrupted. The product does not comply with the relevant standard IEC 60884.
