The candles, due to their characteristic form, colour and size may be mistaken for foodstuff. Small parts can be easily detached or bitten from the product and swallowed by children. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
