The product poses a risk of choking and burns because, due to its characteristic form, colour and size, it may be mistaken for a drink. This may lead children to bite off small bits of the candle put them in their mouths and swallow them or to drink the hot melted wax. The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
