The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- The cross-sectional area of the external and internal wires is not sufficient and the wires could overheat. - The accessible basic insulated wires can be damaged and the lampholder contacts are not reliably secured, therefore the live wires may become accessible.- The plastic lamp holders are not sufficiently heat and flame resistant. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
