The train could easily break releasing small parts and creating sharp edges. The front part of the toy is very pointed. A child may put one of the small parts in the mouth and choke on it. The front part of the toy and the created sharp edges could cause injuries to the child. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the European standards EN 71-1.
