The wires can overheat as they are too thin. The wire ends soldered to the lamps are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting. The dimensions of the plug are substantially less than required. The structure of cord extension socket enables single-pole insertion of plugs and the live parts of the free remaining pin is accessible. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
