The two-handed safety switch does not function correctly and the pressure plate moves very quickly. The user could consequently trigger the splitter with only one hand while having the second hand /arm in the trajectory of the pressure plate or close to the wedge, increasing the risk of injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 609-1.
