The ball in the shaker is not stable and the two sticks in the middle may break off when the shaker is in use. Users might accidentally ingest the sticks or they could get stuck in the throat. One accident reported.

Product description
The product is a transparent container with a gold-coloured, screw-on lid. The lid can be opened at the top, from where the content can be consumed. It is used to shake powder and liquid to a uniform consistency. A "spiky" ball inside the container assists in avoiding lumps when shaking.
