The plastic material of the doll contains bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and di-butyl phthalate (DBP) (measured value: up to 34,1% in the head and 4,2 % in the shoes respectively). These phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. In addition, the shoes of the doll also contain di-‘isononyl’ phthalate (DINP) (measured value: 0.2 % by weight). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles and the phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles articles which can be placed in the mouth by children .
