The product poses a risk of injuries because the suction cups can be easily detached, thus, if the projectile is fired without the suction cup it could hit someone in the face and eyes. The detached suction cups also pose a risk of choking. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
