The cords in the neck/throat area can become trapped during various activities of a child, leading to strangulation. Moreover, the material of the cape is highly flammable. If the cape catches fire when worn, the child could suffer burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-2 and EN 14682.
