The adapter poses a risk of electric shock because the electrical insulation is not sufficient. The internal supply wires and mains conductor pins are not fixed adequately to maintain their position. The plug pins are inadequately sized, thus, the user could touch live parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive, the relevant standard EN 60950 and the relevant national standard BS 1363.
