The strength of the outrigger pillar is insufficient due to a fault of the structure material. During pouring of concrete, when the boom of the pump is in its maximum horizontal position, the construction breaks and hits workers who are present in the working zone of the boom. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive. Four fatal accidents were reported.
