A small part (whistle) can be easily separated from the toy and the caps on the ends of the spokes may come off. A child may inhale the whistle and choke. When opening the umbrella, the child can be injured by the sharp ends of the umbrella spokes. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant standard EN 71-1.
