The product poses a risk of drowning because the inflatable safety vest has three individual circles to be inflated with three valves; two of the valves are not reciprocating and allow free air leakage while the requirement states that the valves and stoppers shall be reciprocating and allow controlled reduction of pressure. Furthermore, the product does not contain the necessary warnings and instructions for use. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 13138-1.
