The minimum recess depth of the adjustable handlebar is not marked: therefore if the handlebar is lifted too high, it may slip out while a child is riding the scooter. This may cause the child to fall and suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
