An inappropriate torque was applied to the front fastener of the intake grate. Consequently, the grate might detach while the watercraft is in movement. This may cause unpredictable behaviour at speeds over 55 mph (88 km/h), leading to the user to be ejected and suffer injuries or drown. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft Directive.
