The product poses a risk of injuries because the clamp of the bell has sharp edges; and when using the back-pedal brake, the time to brake is increased due to the high difference between the driving and braking positions of the pedal crank, which is higher than the permitted 60°. The chain-guard does not completely cover the edge of the chain, with the risk that clothing may get caught. Furthermore, the static strength of the saddle is not suitable, since the seat is removable, and the support wheels bend when a vertical load is applied, which could impair the balance of the bicycle and cause small children to fall and suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14764.
