Small parts (wheel, cord holder) may be easily detached from the toy. Sharp element (metal axle) is easily accessible. The cross-section of cord attached to the toy is inadequate and the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. As a consequence, a child may put the small part in the mouth and choke on it and the sharp elements may cause cuts. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate.he product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 71-1.
