EU Safety Gate · Report-2014-037
Hema · Unknown
The whistle may easily break and release the small ball inside which may become accessible to small children. If ingested, the ball can get stuck in the larynx and small children may choke. Furthermore the cord attached to the whistle is a fixed loop and has no breakaway feature. This may cause the child to be strangled. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
