EU Safety Gate · Report-2012-038
Knaus Tabbert · Unknown
The product poses a risk of injuries because the central hood panel above the driver’s cab is secured by fastening brackets that are too small. When the vehicle is in motion, the hood panel can begin to vibrate and break loose from the lower fastening bracket. The force of the wind could cause the panel to break off at the three upper fastening screws and come free causing injuries.
