The product poses a risk of choking as the yellow bow attached to the bear can easily detach and become accessible to small children. The bear may also break quite easily, releasing a small ball contained inside. Moreover, the battery compartment is accessible and the button batteries could be swallowed, causing damage to the child's gastrointestinal tract. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1 and EN 62115.
