The measured values of 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazol-3(2H)-one (up to 33.70 mg/kg) is higher than the permitted limit of 15 mg/kg. Furthermore, the labelling does not meet the requirements. The product does not comply with the Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
