EU Safety Gate · Report-2013-044
Dona Lux · Unknown
The product poses a risk of injuries because the opening for access to the upper part of the bunk bed is wider than the standard allows, and the upper surface of the bunk bed is not equipped with safety barriers all around the bed. A child could therefore fall off the bed through the excessively wide ladder hole. Moreover, the upper part of the bed can be disconnected from the lower part. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 747-2. In addition, the instructions for use and markings are not in accordance with the standard.
