The right lens of the sunglasses has a category 4 protection filter but the labelling indicates category 3. The required warning for category 4 sunglasses 'Not suitable for driving motor vehicles or road use' is missing. There is a difference in light transmission between the right and left lenses which could impair the user's vision. A road accident could result if the consumer used the sunglasses while driving. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive and the relevant European standard EN 1836.
