Small parts may be easily detached from the toy. In addition, the fibrous stuffing material of the toy is easily accessible due to the weakness of certain seams. The suction cup contains an excessive amount di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 22 % by weight) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (measured value: 7.2 % by weight). A small child may put the detached small parts or the stuffing material in the mouth and choke. At the same time, this phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation and with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 71-1.
