The product poses a risk of injuries and entrapment because, when folding or adjusting the position of the chair, gaps, holes and shearing points are accessible, especially between moving parts, and fingers could be trapped and crushed. In addition, the chair is not sufficiently stable and might collapse due to an inadequate fixing system. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 581-1.
