EU Safety Gate · Report-2016-048
Childwood · Optimo
The gaps between the bars are too large: A child may get its body through the bars and be stuck between its shoulders and its head. This could lead to respiratory difficulties or strangulation. In addition, there are gaps at the bottom of the safety gate, between the door and the frame where a child's fingers may get trapped and pinched. The product does not comply with the relevant standard EN 1930.
