EU Safety Gate · Report-2015-049
YANUO · Strong Dint Search Light
The cross-sectional area of the core of the wires is insufficient: in case of a short circuit the wires may overheat and cause a fire. The dimensions of the plug are too small and the user may consequently touch the live pins of the plug during connection. The wire ends of the mains supply cord are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting and could detach and become accessible. The protective cover for the LED panel can be removed by hand during charging, resulting in live parts becoming accessible. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
